At joemallone.shop, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction. We work with international suppliers under a dropshipping model, which means our return and exchange processes follow the guidelines below.

1. Returns for Withdrawal (Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days)

In accordance with GDPR and European e-commerce regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, without providing a justification.

To exercise this right:

• Send an email to support@joemallone.shop

• Provide your full name, order number, and reason for return

• We will provide instructions on how to return the product to our logistics center

Conditions:

• The product must be unused and, whenever possible, in its original packaging.

• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within up to 7 business days.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

• Send photos or a video of the issue to support@joemallone.shop within 7 days of delivery.

• We will evaluate the case and provide:

  • A free replacement, OR

  • A full refund

In most cases, the customer does not need to return the defective product unless explicitly requested.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Used products or items not in resellable condition

• Customized or personalized items

• Flash-sale or limited-time promotional items (unless defective)

4. Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method:

• Credit card: refund may take 7–14 business days

• PayPal: immediate refund after processing

• Other payment methods: timing varies depending on the provider
